Leo Health
In the skies our Sun is in Leo from July 23rd - August 22nd.
My heart has to say that, as my daughter is a Leo and I love her dearly.
They are a Fixed, Fire sign, quick to anger and shut you down, but they can be so generous with their time and their money also.
Their warm heart will make them so enthused if they feel you are in need of help.
They will do anything/everything to rescue you if they can. Powerful, bossy and big show offs, in a nice way.
Leo's can work way too hard and for way too long, leading to burn out eventually. It's important they step back and take a breath and smell the roses.
Otherwise illness will come upon them through hard long hours at work. That amazing energy and vitality will go downhill if they do not nurture themselves.
The heart is the Leo organ and so they feel everything with their heart which makes them prone to depression, anxiety and fear.
There is a need to put themselves in situations where they feel safe, happy and secure, so they don't stress. Stress is their enemy.
To look after the heart, Leos need to eat good diets void of junk food. They also need fun exercise like dancing and ice skating to make them happy, and to care for their backs.

Planets
A Natal Chart represents the position of planets at the time of birth.
