In the skies our Sun is in Libra from 23rd September - October 23rd.

Librans do not like to exercise much, yet they would benefit from it greatly. It is their love for rich and sweet foods that can do them in. They must avoid these foods as much as possible.

Their inner ability to get tense and anxious over little things can lead to headaches, hence getting into a routine and doing a little exercise like walking or dancing will help them get their mind off the trivial matters .. avoiding those headaches.

The passion and love for the finer things in life and the need to be in a relationship is a grand quality to have, yet if they don’t find peace and harmony with another, they tend to feel off and out of whack.

Inner tension and anxiety builds up within them very easily and they are very good at hiding it. A Libra person would benefit from listening to their favourite music, being out in nature and accepting that it is not the end of the world when things go out of kilter.

Look after yourself little worrier. Bach flowers, massage and meditation techniques are recommended.
